3. Deposit Policy

4. Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means that if you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times ৳10,000, which equals ৳200,000, before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Use Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
• Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• If evidence of promotion abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The pk399 VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Based on your regular gameplay and activity, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. VIP cashback will be automatically added to your account every week.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All games on pk399 are operated using software from established game providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others. Game results are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is tested by independent organisations.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
